May Wellness Challenge Wrap-Up and June Beginnings

Okay, it’s the last day of May!  I tried to maintain my running this month and this is how I did:

As you can see, I had to work around some trips.  Thus the weeks with only two days of running.  Regardless, with many, many rainy days, I think I did a good job.  I only had to run/walk twice!

So now what for June?  It took me a while to think of something and I finally settled on a mental health challenge.  I’m going to require myself to write one thing for which I am thankful every morning before I’m allowed to get out of bed.  Each item must be unique.  No repeats.  I’ll post the entire list at the end of the month!
